After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness from Texas A&M University, Justin Thomas earned his Masters of Business Administration from Texas Christian University. Mr. Thomas currently serves as General Manager for Sand Hill Land and Cattle, LLC, a land holding company for mining and oil and gas royalties, and at Sandview, Ltd, a silica sand operating company, where he is responsible for all financial activities, operations, human resources and customer relations for both companies.

Mr. Thomas is also Part Owner of Thomas Bros. Grass, a turf grass farming operation in the Nashville, Tennessee area, Drill Subs, a company that owns several patents for products in the oil and gas drilling industry, Brim Energy, LLC, a company that owns and manages oil and gas minerals and commercial buildings, and TRP Group, LLC, a real estate development company. In 2003, Thomas started a silica sand mining operating in Granbury, Texas. In 2011, he spearheaded and executed the multi-million dollar sale of Vista Sand.

Active at The Gathering Church where he serves as a deacon, Justin is also in the Parker County Sheriff’s Posse. Mr. Thomas formerly served on the Young Leaders Committee of the National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association. He completed Leadership Granbury training through the Lake Granbury Area Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Thomas resides in Brock, Texas.
