From those surveys, we now have the 103 companies in our region worthy of being named among the Best Places to Work.
Tabulated by Quantum Workplace, the Best Places to Work Awards recognize local employers that have gone above and beyond to create a great workplace. The rankings are based on confidential surveys of employees that measure success in team dynamics, trust in leadership, communication and more, with only the top-scoring companies in the region earning the coveted title.
This is the 22nd year Dallas Business Journal has celebrated Best Places to Work in North Texas.
The full rankings of the companies — based on scores devised from the results of the Quantum Workplace surveys, with companies being split into categories based on their local employee count — will be released later this year, along with a special edition of Dallas Business Journal to be published Nov. 1.
Companies that participate in the Best Places to Work program must see a large percentage of their employee base complete an online survey prepared and managed by Quantum Workplace.
All 103 companies will be celebrated on Tuesday, Oct. 29, at an event at The Hilton Anatole in Dallas. Details and tickets will be coming soon here.
Our honorees will be divided into five categories by number of employees:
- Micro: 10-24 employees
- Small: 25-49 employees
- Medium: 50-249 employees
- Large: 250-499 employees
- Extra large: 500 or more employees
Listed below in alphabetical order are the 103 North Texas companies deemed the Best Places to Work by their employees.
