Lost or Stolen Card
To report a lost or stolen card, please:
- Call any of our convenient locations during bank business hours
- Call 1.800.500.1044 after bank business hours
If you’ve simply misplaced your card and would like to temporarily disable it, you can freeze your card within seconds:
- Log in to your online banking or the Vista Bank mobile app
- Select ‘Card Controls’ under the Services Menu and tap on the card you’d like to disable
- If you happen to relocate your card, you can re-enable it using the same method
- If not, contact a Vista banker to order a replacement card
