Lost or Stolen Card

To report a lost or stolen card, please:

If you’ve simply misplaced your card and would like to temporarily disable it, you can freeze your card within seconds:

  • Log in to your online banking or the Vista Bank mobile app
  • Select ‘Card Controls’ under the Services Menu and tap on the card you’d like to disable
  • If you happen to relocate your card, you can re-enable it using the same method
  • If not, contact a Vista banker to order a replacement card
